Seeking an HR Executive to join our Campus Team at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Position: HR Executive in Campus team
Location: Mumbai
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Freshers can apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute campus recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and conduct campus recruitment drives, events, and workshops.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions.
Assist in the selection and onboarding process of campus hires.
Provide support in organizing internship programs and student engagement initiatives.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Fluent in spoken English for effective communication.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
