We’re on the lookout for an exceptional UX/Product Design Manager to join a transformative team focused on empowering millions of small businesses in India!

What You’ll Do:
Design and validate solutions through mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful design decisions.
Conduct usability testing to ensure designs resonate with users.

Lead a team of designers to create outstanding user experiences.

Ideal Candidate: 8+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX-focused work for top B2C products or excellent B2B SaaS products.

Experience from top product companies (unicorn Indian startups or leading global firms) is essential.

Proven leadership skills, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Ability to merge UX insights with business needs for impactful results.
